Your prompts, elements, examples, and notes stay yours. We only use them as needed to run and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Credits work like tokens

1 credit = 1 refinement. Subscription credits reset each month; top-up credits expire 30 days after purchase.

Cancel anytime

No long‑term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and keep using remaining credits until the current billing period ends.

No refunds on payments

All subscription and top-up payments are final and non-refundable. That's why we give free trial credits so you can test the service first.

AI results may vary

AI can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate. Always review and edit outputs before relying on them for important work.

No harmful or illegal content

Don't use the service for illegal, hateful, violent, abusive, or deceptive content, or to violate anyone's rights.

We collect only what we need

We collect your name, email, payment details via Stripe, content you create, and basic usage data so we can run, secure, and improve the service.

AI providers minimize data use

We use Zero Data Retention settings with our AI provider so your prompts are processed to generate results and not kept for training or long‑term storage. Avoid including sensitive personal data in your prompts.

We never sell your data

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with trusted providers who help us run the service, under strict terms.

Delete your data anytime

You can delete prompts, elements, and your account from within the service. Most data is removed immediately; encrypted backups are cleared within 90 days where technically and legally possible.

Your data is protected

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and passwords are securely hashed. Access is limited to authorized staff and systems.

We respect your privacy rights

If you’re in the EU/UK, California, or other regions with privacy laws, you can exercise your local rights (like access, deletion, and export) and we’ll handle your request in line with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable laws.
